Hi, I’m Arroe
For six years, I was a full-time carer my dad. For eight years after that, I was trying to survive the grief that caregiving left behind — the loss of identity, the burnout, the exhaustion, the guilt, and the slow, silent unravelling of a life I thought I’d never get back.
I didn’t bounce back. I'm rebuilding. Slowly. With no big breakthrough moment, no therapist on speed dial, and no five-step formula that actually worked. Just one honest, tiny choice at a time — and a lot of trial and error.
Eventually, I found my way into the world of digital income. Whilst caring I developed severe OCD, agoraphobia and PTSD. I knew a 'normal' job was completely off the table for me. I started writing again. I began creating resources that I wish I’d had when I was lost and what actually works in making income online.
Now I want to teach other people - how to do the same.

I'm a qualified teacher with a postgraduate degree in education (PGDE M-Level) and CPD-accredited training in life coaching and human resources. My background includes years of studying how people learn, grow, and develop — especially through challenges like career change, confidence loss, and identity shifts.
A degree in media and performance gave me a deep interest in human stories and how we express who we are. Combined with my coaching training and education background, this has helped shape a practical and down-to-earth approach to helping people rebuild clarity and confidence — one step at a time.
The 681 Method is about realistic healing. Not fixing everything overnight — just anchoring yourself in small daily actions that help you feel more like you again. I’m not a therapist, but I believe in honest conversations, practical support, and starting from wherever you are now.
